PILOT Eterlink Acro Ink Ball Pen Refill 0.5mm/0.7mm

The Pilot Eterlink ballpoint pen uses Pilot's high-performance BRFN-30 refill series.

Key Features:

• Hybrid Ink Performance: Pilot's Acro Ink has about 1/5th the viscosity of traditional ballpoint ink. This provides an effortless glide similar to a gel pen while retaining the quick-drying, water-resistant, and non-smudging qualities of a standard ballpoint.
• Metal Body Construction: The BRFN-30 features a durable metal reservoir structure designed specifically to withstand the tension and turn mechanism of twist-action pens like the Eterlink and Acro Drive series.  
• Cross-Compatibility: While the metal BRFN-30 is the recommended factory replacement, the pen is also dimensions-compatible with the lower-cost Pilot BRFN-10 series plastic-body refills.

How to Replace the Refill

1. Hold the lower barrel of your Pilot Eterlink pen with one hand.
2. Unscrew the upper barrel or twist section counter-clockwise to separate the two halves.
3. Remove the old BRFN refill and spring (ensure you keep the small tension spring attached to the front of the refill).
4. Slide the spring onto the new BRFN-30 refill, insert it into the lower barrel, and screw the pen sections back together securely.
